Daniel E. Chase

Over 40,000 people are injured each year in motor vehicle accidents in New Jersey. Tens of thousands more are injured at work. In addition to suffering injuries, the victims often lose their income, their jobs and even their home. Any victim of a motor vehicle accident, workplace injury or slip and fall will face skilled insurance company attorneys and adjusters. For over 34 years, Daniel E. Chase has represented these victims to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. He has built his successful practice by understanding how much compensation his clients are entitled to and challenging insurance companies, employers and other defendants until his clients receive their just payments.

In recent years, Mr. Chase has obtained a verdict for a client injured in a motor cycle accident of $500,000, an arbitration award of $1,350,000 for a client injured in a motor vehicle accident, and a settlement of $225,000 for a client injured by a tractor trailer. Mr. Chase was one of the first Court-appointed arbitrators for Superior Court in Mercer County, has served as arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and is frequently asked to sit as an arbitrator and mediator on personal injury cases.

Mr. Chase provides free initial consultation to his clients and accepts cases on a contingent fee basis.

Mr. Chase was born & raised in Hamilton Township, and attended Holy Angels Grammar School and both St. Anthony’s and Hamilton High School. He then worked at Bell telephone (remember them?) in Ewing Township for a year. Mr. Chase then attended Mercer County College and Drew University. He graduated from Albany Law School, and clerked the Hon. Coleman T. Brennan in the Superior Court, Mercer County. Mr. Chase has lived in Hopewell Township for most of the last 25 years, where he raised three boys and where he currently enjoys the many recreational activities offered in Mercer County.
