Christopher K. Costa

Christopher K. Costa has built his practice by treating his clients as business partners and providing individualized attention and care to their legal needs. Over the past twenty years, he has focused on the many facets of real estate law, including transactions, land use development, commercial banking, condominium conversions, and landlord-tenant law. Chris has counseled many non-profit, religious and educational organizations in real estate matters, discrimination, and 501(c)(3) IRS advocacy. He has successfully defended the rights of religious, medical, and educational organizations which are designated as “inherently beneficial uses” before municipal boards, New Jersey State Courts, and Federal Courts. Chris has received training in mediating complex land use disputes and is a recognized educator of real estate lawyers and professionals.
